Job Summary

A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Spanish Bilingual Contact Center Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assessing and fulfilling customer needs and educating customers where applicable regarding products and services
  • Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
  • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information
  • Fluent in Spanish/English
