Job Summary
A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Spanish Bilingual Contact Center Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls
- Assessing and fulfilling customer needs and educating customers where applicable regarding products and services
- Resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process

- Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
- Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to be responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information
