Job Summary
An educational company has an open position for a Telecommute Special Education Paraprofessional .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Guiding and assisting student with lessons, activities and technology tasks under the direction of the teacher
- Reinforcing concepts across settings that were taught in specialized instruction
- Participating in meetings where communication and implementing strategies are discussed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience working with children, preferably children with disabilities
- Demonstrate highly qualified status
- Intermediate computer/keyboarding skills
- Basic instructional and assistive technology knowledge
