Job Summary

An educational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Special Education Specialist in Kings County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting assigned students receiving Special Education services
  • Following up with providers to confirm that IEP attendance, reports, and services are being completed
  • Setting up IEPs in online classroom, and follow up on attendees

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have ability to travel to support students
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
  • Ability to support and guide adults, as well as students
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and time-management skills
