Job Summary

An online school is filling a position for a Telecommute Special Education Transition Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising the writing, implementation, and progress of IEP transition plans
  • Conducting parent, student, and teacher training related to transition topics
  • Creating a comprehensive post-high school program for students with significant disabilities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
