Job Summary
An online school is filling a position for a Telecommute Special Education Transition Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising the writing, implementation, and progress of IEP transition plans
- Conducting parent, student, and teacher training related to transition topics
- Creating a comprehensive post-high school program for students with significant disabilities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel for transition related outings, such as transition tours, job shadows, and job experiences
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of education experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc); Web proficiency
