Telecommute Special Education University Supervisor

Job Summary

An online school of higher education is in need of a Telecommute Special Education University Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Committing to supervising a candidate for two consecutive semesters
• Conducting a minimum number of on-site, in the field observations
• Completing formal evaluations of the teacher candidate throughout the field experience

Qualifications Include:

• Travel onsite to conduct field evaluations; must live within 60 miles of Elba, NY
• Must hold either a bachelor's degree or advanced degree in special education
• 3 years of teaching experience, at least one year at the age/grade level of the assignment
• Verified teaching experience at the level and discipline of the supervisory responsibilities.
• Must have or have held a teaching license (can be expired)
• Experience with online technology
