Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Special Events Senior Director.

Must be able to:

  • Work directly with staff and volunteers to develop individual volunteer leadership skills
  • Oversee a special event portfolio that includes 14 markets
  • Develop training tools to support the chapters and event volunteers

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Five to seven years in not-for-profit fundraising or association management
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Demonstrated track record in fundraising campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills in volunteer engagement
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
