Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Telecommute Specialized Group Travel Counselor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing stellar customer service
- Providing accurate completion of both international and domestic travel arrangements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3+ years of corporate travel counselor experience
- Strong international reservations experience
- Vast destination knowledge
- Knowledge of Sabre and/or Apollo GDS experience
- Strong knowledge but not limited to International Faring, Airline upgrade procedures, and Hotel amenities
- Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines
