Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Specialty Pharmacy Consulting Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting assessments of ambulatory pharmacy operations
  • Develop specialty and outpatient pharmacy implementation work plans
  • Developing strategic operating plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel nationally 50%
  • Licensed pharmacist with a BS Pharm or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
  • Minimum 7 years pharmacy operations management experience
  • At least 3 years experience in a medium to large multifacility health care system
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy planning, launch and/or implementation
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and MS Word processing software
