Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Specialty Pharmacy Consulting Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting assessments of ambulatory pharmacy operations
- Develop specialty and outpatient pharmacy implementation work plans
- Developing strategic operating plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel nationally 50%
- Licensed pharmacist with a BS Pharm or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Minimum 7 years pharmacy operations management experience
- At least 3 years experience in a medium to large multifacility health care system
- Experience with specialty pharmacy planning, launch and/or implementation
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and MS Word processing software
