A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Splunk Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Prototyping back end software
- Working with large-scale applications
- Brainstorming, defining, and building collaboratively across multiple teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience administering Splunk
- Experience scripting with the Splunk REST API and regular expressions
- Good knowledge of Splunk data ingestion, field extraction, and post-ingestion processing
- Experience with Python scripting, automation through scripts
- Good knowledge of Splunk search processing language
