A network security company is filling a position for a Telecommute Splunk Engineer Architect in Baton Rouge.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing new Splunk deployments
- Deploying Splunk in clustered and non-clustered environments
- Managing Splunk knowledge objects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the year to customer locations
- Strong Linux system administration and engineering skills
- Strong skills with a scripting language
- Comfortable working with bash, PowerShell, and batch scripts
- Strong experience and expertise engineering Splunk solutions
- Experience in building Splunk Technology Add-ons
