Job Summary

A sports entertainment technology company is in need of a Telecommute Sports Entertainment Technology Sales Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and optimization of our sales tools
  • Creating reporting to provide visibility into key sales metrics and monitor and maintain data integrity
  • Providing analytical support to sales leadership and translate results into actionable insights

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with CRM systems design
  • Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL / Snowflake
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments
