Job Summary
An insurance wholesale needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Staff Accountant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Presenting complete and timely financial information to corporate executives
- Maintaining accounting and financial reports and documentation for subsidiaries
- Performing intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year experience preparing and analyzing financial statements and more
- Knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel & Word, and iSeries database software
- Experience in the insurance industry is helpful
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communications skills
