Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Staff Accountant.

Must be able to:

  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements for captive insurance client
  • Assist with the day-to-day management operations of captive insurance companies
  • Monitor and ensure the compliance of captive clients with applicable regulatory requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/related field
  • 0-5 years progressive experience in related position with similar duties
  • Experience working with Excel and Word,
  • Experience preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Experience working with multiple accounting systems
