Job Summary
A mortgage lender has a current position open for a Telecommute Staff Appraiser.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct desk reviews of appraisals for the company's delegated Correspondent Lending division
- Review, research and respond to agency repurchase demands within established timelines
- Maintain appraisal and valuation service work files as required under USPAP
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Appraisal desk review experience in a multi-state environment
- Strong analytical and written communications skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience with responding to (or producing) agency repurchase demands
- Able to work with minimum supervision
