Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Staff Appraiser in Detroit.

Must be able to:

• Solve complex appraisal problems using recognized appraisal methodology
• Develop meaningful, supported, and accurate value opinions on all appraisals assignments
• Competently perform appraisals and conduct level of inspection as required by the specific assignment for local and remote geographic regions

Qualifications Include:

• Maintain reliable means of transportation
• Certified Residential Appraiser
• FHA Approved Appraiser in good standing, preferred, VA, USDA experience desired
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
• 5+ years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
• Strong oral and written communication skills
