Job Summary

A financial organization is in need of a Telecommute Staff Appraiser in Indianapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing appraisals and conducting level of inspection as required by the specific assignment
• Analyzing and evaluating market trends and providing meaningful conclusions
• Solving complex appraisal problems using recognized appraisal methodology

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel to perform appraisals
• 5+ years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
• Strong understanding of appraisal practices and methodology
• Strong technology skills to demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
• Must hold an active license in good standing and maintain certification requirements
