A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Staff Attorney.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing regulatory, legal & factual research with reference to legal issues identified, maintaining research on priority topics
• Providing legal & regulatory requirements to the operational areas within the commercial & Medicaid health insurance segments
• Identifying, interpreting & applying legal and regulatory requirements and determining their implications for the business

Qualifications Include:

• Juris Doctorate degree and current licensure to practice law
• Knowledge of state health care and/or regulatory law
• Demonstrated understanding of business problems related to assigned legal research projects
• Proven success in collaborating across a matrixed business and legal environment
