Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Staff Physician in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking with patients over the phone and/or video to assess their needs
- Reviewing and summarizing medical records into a concise HPI
- Reviewing expert opinions for quality assurance and to ensure they are written at the patient’s level
Qualifications for this position include:
- Licensed physician in good standing with the medical board of his/her state
- Board certified or board-eligible if taking boards this year
- Comfortable discussing medical conditions from a wide variety of specialties
- Highly empathetic
- Be efficient
- Be flexible and comfortable with working in a rapidly-changing environment
