Job Summary
A data company has a current position open for a Telecommute Staff Recruiter in South Jordan.
Must be able to:
- Utilize effective interviewing techniques when interviewing candidates to ensure fit for the position
- Provide on-going status of progress of open job orders
- Maintain notes and comments in the applicant tracking system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an HR environment
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role related to Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with ATS systems
- Previous experience in high volume recruiting, prefer sales, operations, and data entry
