Job Summary
A not-for-profit medical group practice is in need of a Telecommute Staffing Assignment Coordinator in Red Wing.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating scheduling for patient care areas and medical staff as assigned
- Inputing scheduling data into the master schedule templates
- Assuring all patient care areas are adequately staffed according to the staffing models and plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a calm, efficient and professional demeanor at all times
- Requires excellent listening and understanding of interpersonal communications
- Required to establish and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
