Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group practice is in need of a Telecommute Staffing Assignment Coordinator in Red Wing.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Coordinating scheduling for patient care areas and medical staff as assigned
• Inputing scheduling data into the master schedule templates
• Assuring all patient care areas are adequately staffed according to the staffing models and plans

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school graduate or GED
• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a calm, efficient and professional demeanor at all times
• Requires excellent listening and understanding of interpersonal communications
• Required to establish and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
