Job Summary
Seeking a solid operations person to come in and create Standard Operating Procedure Manuals from scratch for my Financial Operations Consultancy firm.
The goal is to have a digital guide for how our firm manages our clients: the daily, weekly, monthly and year end needs that grouped clients require. The firm is growing and the SOP will provide the structure needed to delegate client work and ensure quality and consistent work is completed.
The firm has used many web-based platforms such as Quickbooks online, Asana, Google drive. It's important be familiar with how consulting firms work as well as the financial work we do so simple, clear, functional processes can be developed.
Initial vision for the project:
--Currently 3 types of clients and will therefore need 3 SOP Manuals created
--There is likely a common template for consistency which is tailored for nonprofit, e-commerce & small firms
Ideal Candidate:
--Organized
--Methodical
--Strong knowledge of Operations Manual Development
--This is a process documentation and administrative role, with a finance bent
--Candidates need to know the consulting world and be familiar with bookkeeping & QuickBooks for SOP development, rather than expertise in financial matters.
My time frame is to have this completed in 1 month.
