Job Summary

An online university for adult learners needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Standards and Practices Visual Design Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Producing Visual Design and Multimedia standards and guidance to be employed across teams in all colleges
• Partnering with other Lead roles in Standards & Practices to ensure Visual Design and Multimedia guidance aligns with our goals
• Modeling an iterative, flexible, understanding approach to determining standards and guidance

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years+ Visual Design, Graphic, and Multimedia experience or
• 10 years+ Visual Design, Graphic, and Multimedia experience
• 3-5 years+ in Mural, Figma, Sketch, and/or other modern collaboration and visual design applications
• Experience in Higher Education program and course design
• Proof of a strong consultative background
• Agile and lean design approach experience
