Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Stars Member Navigator Aide.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Outreaching telephonically to members
  • Creating a positive experience and relationship with the member
  • Outreaching to members to confirm they are interested in a visit from one of our local Member Navigators in their area

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must reside in Indiana
