A coaching solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Start Up Operations Director.

Must be able to:

• Manage HR, vendors, and technology platforms
• Lead operations as we scale to the next level of growth
• Lead product management for building a technology-enabled platform

Position Requirements Include:

• Keep the team focused on top priorities
• Very strong project management skills
• At least 5+ years of early stage tech startup experience
• Process ninja that can build, eliminate, standardize, and simplify systems and processes
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports
• Experience in marketing
