Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Static Object Lead Developer in Seattle.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing machine learning to map lines of code back to the features and bugs they implement
  • Identifying additions, deletions, updates, find and replace, et. al.
  • Leveraging data to help build a better diff viewer than Github

Required Skills:

  • Work from home Wednesday and company retreat
  • 5+ years experience using git
  • 5+ years experience as a Developer in a high level language like Ruby, Python, or C#
  • Strong background in architecting large-scale systems, taming complexity using DRY principles
  • Work with the CEO to formulate the optimal set of tools to reliably measure+improve quality over time
  • Handy with a variety of debugging techniques
