Job Summary

A for-profit distance-learning college is seeking a Telecommute Statistics Faculty Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing course content related to statistics, biostatistics, or operations research
  • Serving as course content expert and reviewing the course for rigor and currency
  • Participating in scheduled remote textbook committee meetings

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Terminal degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or Operations Research
  • 18 graduate credit hours required in the field of statistics or related field of study
  • Preference given to candidates with experience with R, RStudio, or RCommander
  • Experience in creating and developing instructional material in field of study
