A market-leading, global tech company has an open position for a Telecommute Stock Plan Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Manage all daily aspects of third-party equity record-keeping
- Administer, distribute and keep record of required tax/compliance paperwork
- Monitor HR data for changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5yrs experience specific to stock/equity plan administration
- Equity experience with private companies/LLCs and/or public companies
- Knowledge of administering equity across multiple geographies
- In-depth and comprehensive understanding of equity administration concepts
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
- High level of discretion related to employee, payroll and equity information
