Job Summary

A market-leading, global tech company has an open position for a Telecommute Stock Plan Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage all daily aspects of third-party equity record-keeping
  • Administer, distribute and keep record of required tax/compliance paperwork
  • Monitor HR data for changes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5yrs experience specific to stock/equity plan administration
  • Equity experience with private companies/LLCs and/or public companies
  • Knowledge of administering equity across multiple geographies
  • In-depth and comprehensive understanding of equity administration concepts
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
  • High level of discretion related to employee, payroll and equity information
