An internet company is seeking a Telecommute Storage and Indexing Core Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coding and building tools that benefit the open source development community
- Helping solve problems in high-performance, distributed computing
Position Requirements Include:
- Have built high performance applications on top of an object store like S3
- SRE experience managing and improving a distributed data service
- Implemented or contributed to a NoSQL, NewSQL, or SQL database experience
- Designed and implemented IO intensive clustered infrastructure experience
