Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Storage Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing top level technical support services and operational leadership
  • Performing problem resolution and technical change implementation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years engineering experience
  • Capable of resolving critical issues in a time sensitive manner, cognizant of requisite service levels
  • Ability to perform intermediate root cause analysis
