A digital storage company has a current position open for a Telecommute Storage Solutions Field Applications Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enabling a relationship of trust and partnership with customers though technical excellence and responsiveness
- Building relationships with key decision makers
- Providing technical leadership with a thorough knowledge of company products and customer applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Strong understanding of the Storage Market from traditional enterprise storage to emerging trends in software defined storage, cloud and datacenter computing and storage
- Strong Technical background in SSD development
- Strong understanding of flash technology and trends
- Experience working with customers in evaluating customer requirements
- Existing relationships with key storage customers will be an asset in this role
