A self-storage facility company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Storage Unit Inbound Sales Agent in Winter Haven.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound sales calls from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Recommending appropriate storage units
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills
- Effective communication and sound listening skills
- Proven ability to build customer relationships via telephone
- Ability to follow a sales process based on designed scripts
