Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure optimal adoption of our solutions within our customers supporting delivery of greater ROI
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation partners
  • Identify, develop value propositions/business cases in support of selling additional our software modules.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in customer facing roles either as a Strategic Account Manager or Services Delivery
  • Keen understanding and demonstrated experience in navigating large, complex organizations
  • Ability to understand IT system architectures and engage with IT to develop IT roadmaps
  • Proven success with leading teams in a matrixed environment
  • Understanding of value engineering principles and methodologies
