Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure optimal adoption of our solutions within our customers supporting delivery of greater ROI
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation partners
- Identify, develop value propositions/business cases in support of selling additional our software modules.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in customer facing roles either as a Strategic Account Manager or Services Delivery
- Keen understanding and demonstrated experience in navigating large, complex organizations
- Ability to understand IT system architectures and engage with IT to develop IT roadmaps
- Proven success with leading teams in a matrixed environment
- Understanding of value engineering principles and methodologies
