A consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Strategic Business and Legal Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Negotiating and drafting legal terms and conditions for business transactions
  • Performing project scoping, planning, and scheduling
  • Providing strategic business advice

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Requires domestic travel up to 20%
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or foreign equivalent degree
  • Three years of experience practicing commercial and regulatory law
  • Drafting licensing agreement experience
