Job Summary

A consulting company has an open position for a Telecommuting Strategic Business and Legal Advisor in Vancouver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft legal terms and conditions for business transactions
  • Plan, source, initiate, and manage business and legal affairs of the company
  • Provide general legal counsel on subject matter areas

Position Requirements Include:

  • Requires domestic travel up to 20%
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or foreign equivalent degree
  • Must be authorized to practice law in the State of Washington with general admission or as foreign house counsel pursuant Washington State Bar Association regulations
