An AI technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing an outstanding experience to enterprise B2B customers
- Growing customers’ depth of understanding by providing educational sessions on new and existing features
- Acting as both the Domain Expert and product Superuser for the customer base
Position Requirements Include:
- BS / BA or other degree required
- Strong technical enterprise-level computer software background supporting customers
- Experience in a relevant industry working in leading roles and/or owning projects
- 7+ years of experience in a customer success or solution consulting role
- Ability to adjust communication style and level of detail based on the seniority of the audience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
