Job Summary

An AI technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing an outstanding experience to enterprise B2B customers
  • Growing customers’ depth of understanding by providing educational sessions on new and existing features
  • Acting as both the Domain Expert and product Superuser for the customer base

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS / BA or other degree required
  • Strong technical enterprise-level computer software background supporting customers
  • Experience in a relevant industry working in leading roles and/or owning projects
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer success or solution consulting role
  • Ability to adjust communication style and level of detail based on the seniority of the audience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
