Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage 6-8 key Strategic Accounts
  • Drive incremental value by familiarizing customers with new strategies or product features
  • Partner with Sales to develop an account plan and drive loyalty, usage, and growth

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience expanding customer business for SaaS solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and drive solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
