Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage 6-8 key Strategic Accounts
- Drive incremental value by familiarizing customers with new strategies or product features
- Partner with Sales to develop an account plan and drive loyalty, usage, and growth
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience expanding customer business for SaaS solutions
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with business intelligence tools
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and drive solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
