Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own key metrics including NetRetention, and you will contribute to our customer first culture
  • Be a product guru so you can guide our customers in creating the most effective program
  • Own your Book of Business by strategically creating and maintaining high touch/ high value accounts

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in strategic customer management
  • Experience with Saleforce and all contract related motions is a must
  • Willingness to contribute to a growing team, processes, and systems
  • Experience in franchise, partner, and reseller management helpful
