Job Summary
A customer success company is in need of a Telecommute Strategic Engagement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing implementation projects
- Driving the Onboarding efforts of new and existing customers
- Developing detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in professional services
- In-depth experience with delivering enterprise software application implementations
- Experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams
- A track record of delighted, successful, and satisfied customers
- Executive presence, strong communication, consultative and leadership skills
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
