Job Summary

A customer success company is in need of a Telecommute Strategic Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Executing implementation projects
  • Driving the Onboarding efforts of new and existing customers
  • Developing detailed project plan schedules and work breakdown structures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in professional services
  • In-depth experience with delivering enterprise software application implementations
  • Experience with spearheading initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • A track record of delighted, successful, and satisfied customers
  • Executive presence, strong communication, consultative and leadership skills
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
