Job Summary

A building technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Strategic Finance Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building guardrails and milestones for financial and performance management
• Applying business judgment and financial insights to assist with decision making
• Partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic decision making and initiative prioritization

Qualifications Include:

• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key metrics used in the real estate
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or other analytically intensive roles
• BS / BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a similar major
• Knowledge of Looker and/or Host Analytics (or comparable modeling applications)
• Service-oriented attitude characterized by strong listening skills and the desire to achieve shared success
• Real estate and/or proptech experience/industry knowledge
