Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Strategic Initiatives and Innovation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading strategic innovation agenda through active engagement with start-ups
• Acting as an advisor and influencer with senior-most leaders
• Establishing relationships across all parts of the organization

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of health industry experience and / or in a large complex matrixed organization
• 3+ years of strategy management consulting experience
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Exceptional problem solving with ability to work in a fast paced challenging environment
• Strong planning, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and build effective business partnerships at senior levels
