Job Summary

A digital asset platform is in need of a Telecommute Strategic Initiatives Regulatory Licensing Compliance Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and controlling central license maintenance log
  • Constantly analyzing new and emerging laws and regulations
  • Owning and driving key organizational projects from a compliance perspective

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience working cross functionally across both technical and non-technical teams
  • 3+ years experience leading various regulatory license applications in US or EU jurisdictions
  • Experience with project delivery for large, global, cross functional projects
  • Strong awareness of emerging regulatory changes such as EU 6MLD and MiCA
  • Familiarity and previous experience with agile methodologies
  • Deep interest in / knowledge of the crypto regulatory landscape
