Job Summary

Firm in the art/museum tourism industry, seeks a freelance high-touch marketing professional skilled in marketing outreach, building relationships and setting up strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will be skilled in connecting and networking, evaluating ROI, execution, and follow-up of marketing events and partnerships. The successful candidate will have solid experience in creating marketing plans with high end firms that deliver experiences. Specific experience and familiarity with four cities is key as well: NYC, Boston, Chicago and DC

The role is a mix of strategy and marketing outreach someone who also has sales experience would be ideal. Client already has focused sense of their brand and target clients for outreach and is scaling quickly.

Focus:
--Build awareness, increase in RFPs through outreach, PR, event marketing, and sampling programs with one event per city (NYC, Boston, Chicago and DC) per month
--Create and carry out a cohesive and actionable plan for business partnerships
--Continue to expand 3rd party partnerships that book our services
--Build relationships with various personas, such as event planners, business coaches, DMCs and incentive travel companies, women's networking groups, etc.
--Investigate Cost-effective and affordable Influencer Marketing

Consistently:
--Quickly develop plans and actively reformulate as goals are achieved and priorities shift
--Create clear process overviews for various tasks and projects, so they can be replicated
--Leading the team in the event execution
--Track leads and process, setting up email campaigns within HubSpot CRM

Some example projects (please provide approach and, previous experience with similar projects):
1. Exposure to and partnerships with credit card companies, and with NYC based networking organizations
2. How should potential partner companies be strategically approached? And, can you then close a deal with them?
3. What networking / influencer organizations can you introduce the client to that they could partner with?
4. How can the client partner with non-art focused brand/companies that may want to associate themselves with the art world?

To be successful in this role, candidate should have:
--Experience in and exposure resources and connected groups in NYC
--Experience in high-end, experiential partnerships
--Experience creating co-marketing business partnerships

Candidate should be:
--Efficient, Value- and ROI- driven
--A Strategic and critical thinker
--Skilled in marketing & sales outreach best practices
--Able to organize and plan for a wide set of tasks
--A great communicator, especially of value prop to various personas
--Experienced with building process and setting priorities
--Experienced with Google Analytics and Hubspot
--Appreciative of and/or experienced in the arts and museums industry
