Job Summary

A home loan and mortgage provider has an open position for a Telecommute Strategic Mortgage Programs Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Planning, managing, and monitoring key projects from concept through implementation
• Developing OKR engagement, accountability, and alignment across all teams
• Working with finance and legal on project budgeting and vendor contracting

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 Years Project management/OKR program participation and/or facilitation
• At least 2 years’ experience setting and tracking OKRs
• Deep understanding of the Objective and Key Results goal-setting/management framework and the value the system can bring to organizations
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, managing multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members across all departments and levels
