- Participating and helping facilitate release planning discussions
- Actively aligning with senior-level team members also driving program components
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of experience in managing IT software initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in building business relationships and partnership
- 15+ years of experience with analyzing and synthesizing payer generated remittance information
- 5+ of experience with independently managing multiple complex projects/Initiatives/Business Use Cases
- Experience with process improvement and change management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
