Job Summary
A retirement, investment, and insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Strategic Relationship Manager Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Meet with client key stakeholders regularly to develop trust-based relationships within client organizations
- Work with clients to understand their talent and benefits strategies and objectives
- Identify business opportunities for both organic growth and cross-sale of other company products
Qualifications Include:
- Travel 25 – 40% of the time
- 10 – 15 years of retirement industry/human resources experience
- Strong client management experience and skills
- Deep technical knowledge of plan design features for 401(k) and non-qualified
- Knowledge of ERISA plans, legal and regulatory framework, and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
