Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Telecommute Strategic Sourcing Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing tactical and strategic guidance from the beginning to the end of the client contracting process
- Analyzing and effectively communicating Client requirements
- Directing, project managing and negotiating large and/or complex client contracts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Project management skills
- Strong business background with a proven track record of strong business negotiation skills
- Significant background negotiating on behalf of Global Sourcing Organizations, representing the customer/buyer side
- 8-12 years applicable professional sales or contract negotiation experience
- Extensive background in contract execution, developing and managing contracts for multi-user and multi-client products and services
- Ability to understand the overall impact of sourcing commodity management
