Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Strategic Sourcing Manager I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create and influence category strategies within assigned business units
- Apply in-depth knowledge to solve broad issues that are complex in scope
- Lead favorable results through providing leadership to the function
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- 5 years sourcing and contracting experience or related field
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and contract fundamentals
- Prior experience in all elements of sourcing and category management for indirect services
- Experience in the 7-step strategic sourcing process
