Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Strategic Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts responsively and proactively, anticipating needs and thinking multiple steps ahead
- Identify, prioritize and help to solve key issues slowing or blocking project success
- Serve as the trusted partner for your strategic enterprise customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to deliver first level product training when needed
- 5 years experience in customer facing role, including customer success, support, consulting and sales
- Experience supporting the deployment of technical infrastructure in leading organizations
- Experience working in high trust organizations with remote work
