Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Strategy and Expansion Senior Associate in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with organizational leaders to synthesize key questions, learnings, and insights into clear and actionable presentations for Strategy team, executive leadership, and Board of Directors
  • Collaborate with Finance to bring quantitative analysis and financial rigor to key strategic questions and analyses
  • Lead research, interviews with internal and external stakeholders, data collection, and analysis to help us deepen our understanding of our participants, our geographic markets, and the broader senior healthcare landscape

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in management consulting or strategic analyst/associate work
  • Expertise with Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working in consulting or healthcare environment
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize work
  • Ability to independently develop and manage short- and long-term project plans and scorecards to track progress against major milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
