Job Summary
An information technology education company is filling a position for a Telecommute Student Counselor in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drawing conclusions from student data and advise students on appropriate next steps
- Ensuring that students are aware of deadlines for Immersive enrollment
- Working with students who are behind their plans to adjust their deadlines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be present on Slack during all weekday class hours
- Ability to develop and maintain a keen awareness of the connection of all instruction teams and how changes may affect workflow
- Must keep regular office hours
- Must be able to follow up with students about their assessment results, using Slack, email, or Zoom
- Must maintain accurate student records
